We collect SMS consent through two separate, optional opt-in checkboxes: one for transactional/informational messages (booking confirmations, check-in & check-out information, property details, and guest services) and a separate one for marketing/promotional messages (special offers and occasional promotions). Neither checkbox is required to submit a form, complete a booking, or use any of our services, and both are unchecked by default.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
