Welcome to Heart Vacation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at heartvacation.com and our SMS/text messaging services. Heart Vacation and SurfCityHeart are brands operated by The Heart Property Management LLC. By using our website or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
We collect consent through two separate opt-in checkboxes: one for transactional/informational messages — booking confirmations and updates, check-in/check-out information, property details, and guest services — and a separate one for marketing/promotional messages — promotional offers and special deals. Neither checkbox is mandatory to use our services or complete a booking, and both are optional and unchecked by default.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages, unless you re-enroll.
